Shipping Policy

At Ramble on Rose Jewelry Gallery, we want your new piece to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect when you place an order.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $300. Orders under $300 ship at the rate of the customer's choosing.

Delivery time. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental U.S., once your order has shipped.

Insurance & signature. All orders are insured, and orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely.

Order tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have any trouble tracking your package, reach out and we're happy to help.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim and make it right.
